Hold ups and short cuts discovered

This morning I set off to Mullion going the only way I knew but when I got to the roundabout at the end of RNAS Culdrose there had been an accident and the road was closed.  While we've had several holidays down here in Cornwall and I travel regularly to Scrapbook Magic I didn't know another route.  A quick call to Margaret who passed me to Chris for directions and the postcode which I could put into the SATNAV opened up a whole new journey for me.

When we have stayed in Coverack before we always thought there should be a quicker route but we'd  always used my car before which doesn't have SATNAV so we always went the same way which as Chris described was like going to Plymouth via Exeter. Well now I know two much shorter routes for when we are holidaying down here again.

Despite the minor delay in getting to the workshop it was definitley worth the perseverance and the adventure of trying new directions.  We had the opportunity of making three different cards designed by Margaret using some of the fabulous JOFY stamps by Paper Artsy.

I love them all.  Thank you ladies for the directions and a great day of card making.
