It's been a while since I took part in WOYWW, mainly because I haven't been doing much crafting at my desk as I've been too busy stitching. I had a tidy up of my workspace rearranging yet again so it's looking very tidy at the moment. All I've got out ready to play with are the new ink pad colours from SU and a selection of new stamp sets. I'm hoping to get to play with them at the weekend.
I have finished the gift stitch which I gave you at the beginning of the month but I will post a photo of that one tomorrow. I have also finally added the felt to the bookmark I completed earlier in the month.
I opted to go with blue felt rather than purple. A pretty basic finish but hopefully it will prove useful to the recipient.

How else could you finish a bookmark?! Beautifully done.
I love the bookmark! It's very cute. May I ask where the pattern came from?
Have a great week

The bookmark looks fabulous, the blue felt is perfect
Pffft. Someone needs to show the weather that poem! Rain, rain, wind and rain - feels like Autumn here :P
Your bookmark is so cute - I so admire anyone that can crosstitch and keep it flat enough to be a book mark.My failed attempts were about an inch thick with tangles and knots.

What a lovely picture about June at the top of your post, Linda. Most appropriate for this part of North Wales today - glorious sun, blue skies, barely a cloud!! I love the porch swing stamp there on your desk - have fun this weekend. The blue felt goes well with the cross stitch - great work there.
Take care. God bless.
