Project Revisited

REVISIT
to re-examine (a topic or theme) after an interval, with a view

to making a fresh appraisal.

One of the projects I made down at Scrapbook Magic last year was the Box of Cards a project designed by Clare Charvill.  As per usual the workshop which was run by Margaret was fabulous fun and great value for money.  I finished the box while I was down in Mullion.

Inside the box are 12 cards made using the Graphic 45 paper pad supplied with the class.  How you made the cards was entirely up to you but I made mine into easel cards.  My intention is to pull the relevant month out have it sat on my workspace so that I can see what events I need to make cards for.  On the front of the card I created a pocket so that I could use some of the elements to make tags to write important dates on.
The 12 cards once made just about fitted into the box as I did add quite a few elements to them so that I had something very pretty to look at each month.  Essentially they all follow the same design but different patterns and sentiments were used for each of the months.
Now the reason I am revisiting this project is that I have decided to add some decorative feet to the box and also create some faux drawers for the front of the box.  I have the feet already but need to find some decorative drawer pulls to finish it off.  This is going to my first project revisit of the year which I hope will enhance the already very pretty card box.
