It was certainly the case today as most of the girls from the pharmacy took part in the Plymouth Muddy Run - Race For Life. It's the first time I've ever done one of these and we had so much fun and the fact we have managed to raise some money for a good cause is such a wonderful feeling. I know I'm going to be aching in the morning but I'd do it all again.
