Happy birthday card

"The glowing Ruby should adorn
Those who in warm July are born,
Then will they be exempt and free
From love's doubt and anxiety."

I decided to make a simple birthday card out of the final pieces of scrap paper and card.  I inked a chipboard star and then stamped and embossed it with iridescent ice to add some sparkle.  The stamp set is a retired SU set called Curly Cute, I just love the font.

I now need to work on using up some more scraps.

I've been working on Joyful World SAL but haven't quite finished June, it's almost done.   I have just a small section of the border to complete so I hope to get that done later today.
