Happy Anniversary

This couple were married for 60 years.

The husband was asked; if in all those years had they ever thought of divorce.

"Heavens no" he replied. Murder yes, but never divorce.

Yesterday Mum and Dad 'celebrated' 60 years of marriage and this is the card I made for them.  The papers are from the Graphic 45 Mon Amour paper pad, stamps from Clearly Besotted and Tonic number dies.  I added some sparkle to the roses and around the edges but it doesn't show up so well in this photo.

I have managed to finish reading Lamentation at work this week and also A Lovely Way To Burn which I was reading at home both of them were good reads.  I must remember to take another book into work next week otherwise I will have to resort to reading the daily newspapers instead.
